The local question
The City’s FY2026 sidewalk program lists W. Mulberry Avenue from Vollum Avenue to San Antonio Avenue, on both sides. Project limits and construction scheduling should be confirmed against the latest City notice before planning around the work.

I’ll be looking at pedestrian connections, the experience along the street, and what homeowners can learn from before-and-after observations. Any discussion of home values will need local sales evidence; a sidewalk project alone does not establish a change in a particular home’s value.
The campaign
Project information, questions to verify with the City, and a look at the street before the work.
Dated observations and original footage to show what is changing along W. Mulberry.
A return to the same locations and a considered look at the finished work and neighborhood context.
